COVID-19 Screening Client Checklist
There is a maximum of 2 hours for your service visit. We will make every effort by our students that your service will be completed within the 2 hours however, being students and not having many live clients they may be slower, and some service may not be fully completed within the 2 hours.
Limited salon and spa services.
Single color retouch (no fashion color, highlights, or pre-lightening)
Haircut (may be combined with blowout)
Blowouts (may be combined with a haircut)
All waxing hair removal services
Facials: Spa, Deluxe, Microdermabrasion, Peel, Back, Aqua, and Ready Set Glow facials.
For the safety of our staff, students, and our clients. We must always maintain social distancing and practice a safe environment at the Academy for Salon Professionals. Please do not congregate in any space within the salon & spa. Please no food or drinks on the premises. Bottlecap is ok. We apologize but will no longer offer any beverage. No cell phone conversation, no pets, no visitor while being serviced.
Please arrive on-time for your appointment. Facemask must be worn correctly (nose covered) and kept on at all times during the entire service for salon service. For facials services, you will be asked to remove once service begins and put back on when finished. Your COVID screening form MUST be complete and follow the guidelines below:
- Do not walk in. Call the school at 818-701-5799 from your parked car upon arrival
- We will let you know when your assigned student is ready to greet you upon entry
- Temperature check by our front desk coordinator
- You will be asked to wash your hands at the sink then you will be taken to the student’s designated station
